Incredibly Frustrating

I bought the “Full Game Unlock”, but had to re-install the game on my iPod and lost the unlocked game. Although there is an option of a “Full Game Restore”, not matter how often I tried it, it did not work. Add insult yo injury comes to mind. I have the same game on my Mac, where the sound used to work just fine, then only sometimes and now not at all.
I really used to like this game, but now I am sorry I wasted my money
