Frustrating

I loved this game on my boyfriends iPad but since I downloaded on mine I have found it different and frustrating. I have to pay for levels by watching video ads of other games. Mildly annoying but what really bugs me is that I have completed the normal level all in green but it still says that I need to complete the normal level even though I have done 2/3 s of the hard. Of course they are not saved. ARRRRG. Reloaded this game still having the same problems. Maybe it is not the game for me or anyone else as to spend time getting through to the third level of hard only to lose all that you have accomplished and go back to normal is really not satisfying . Why did you change your game. Now I downloaded a game to get 5000 points to move on to anew level. A game I did not want. I did not receive the 5000 points like they told me and they still ask me to download the same game for 5000 points. Fix this game.
